Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out conduct that is prohibited on the SATILYTE platform (the "Service"). It applies to all users, including listeners, artists, and advertisers, and supplements our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with an artist, brand, or organization;
  • Uploading, submitting, or promoting content you do not have the rights to use, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • Posting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or obscene content;
  • Uploading malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • Interfering with, disrupting, overloading, or degrading the Service or its infrastructure.

3. Integrity of Scores and Metrics

The integrity of SATILYTE’s viral scores, charts, and metrics is essential to the Service. You must not:

  • Artificially inflate, manipulate, or attempt to game views, engagement, followers, plays, viral scores, or rankings through bots, click farms, automated scripts, incentivized activity, or other deceptive means;
  • Coordinate or purchase fake or non-genuine engagement, on or off the platform, intended to distort metrics;
  • Misrepresent SATILYTE viral scores as official rankings, endorsements, guarantees, or financial predictions. Scores are informational indicators derived from signals that may include publicly available engagement data and internal weighting, and the methodology may change at any time.

4. Data Collection and Scraping

  • Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • Do not collect or store personal data of other users without a lawful basis and their consent where required;
  • Do not circumvent rate limits, access controls, or technical protection measures.

5. Payments and Fraud

You must not use the Service to engage in fraudulent payment activity, money laundering, or unauthorized use of payment instruments. Attempts to defraud the Service, other users, or our payment processor are strictly prohibited.

6. Advertising and Promoted Content

Sponsored placements, promoted videos, and wallpaper/brand campaigns must comply with applicable advertising laws and our related agreements, must not be deceptive, and must not be presented in a way that conceals their promotional nature where disclosure is required.

7. Third-Party Platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (such as YouTube), you must comply with those platforms’ terms. You must not use the Service to violate any third-party platform’s policies or to access data you are not authorized to access.

8. Reporting and Enforcement

You may report suspected violations to us. SATILYTE may investigate and take any action it deems appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the Service.
