Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. Our Commitment

SATILYTE (the "Service") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and comparable laws.

2. Content on the Service

The Service indexes and displays user-submitted material and information about music videos and artists that is publicly available through third-party platforms. If you believe material displayed on or accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below. For content hosted on third-party platforms (such as YouTube), you may also contact that platform directly.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a notice of claimed infringement, provide our Designated Agent (below) with a written communication that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as the URL on the Service);
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to our Designated Copyright Agent at https://instagram.com/ayyoh.us with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Notices that do not comply with the requirements above may not be valid.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complaining party.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

SATILYTE will, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We may also remove content and take other action against infringing activity without prior notice.

7. Misrepresentations

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please ensure your notices are accurate and submitted in good faith.
