2. Description of Service

SATILYTE is a music discovery and artist promotion platform. We provide tools for artists to manage their profiles, track viral scores, create promotional content, connect YouTube channels, and access analytics. We also provide music discovery features for listeners including trending charts, playlists, and artist pages.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Artist Accounts

Artists who claim or create profiles on SATILYTE represent that they are the rightful owner of the artist identity or are authorized to act on behalf of the artist. SATILYTE reserves the right to verify artist identity and remove profiles that violate this requirement.

5. YouTube Integration

By connecting your YouTube account to SATILYTE, you authorize us to access your channel information for ownership verification purposes. Our use of YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your profile settings or via your Google Account permissions.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

SATILYTE offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Promotional Videos

Artists may generate promotional video content through the Service. You retain ownership of your original video content. By using the promo video feature, you grant SATILYTE a non-exclusive license to apply branding overlays (such as the SATILYTE watermark) to generated promotional content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another artist or person
• Uploading content you do not have the right to use
• Attempting to manipulate viral scores or analytics
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Scraping or automated collection of data from the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The SATILYTE name, logo, and platform design are the property of SATILYTE. Artists retain ownership of their music, images, and creative content. By uploading content to SATILYTE, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Viral scores and analytics are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SATILYTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
